Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Astra Fitness (Registered as “Astra Trading LLC in US” & “AIDI Trading Inc. in Canada”). We are committed to delivering your fitness gear safely and quickly. This Shipping Policy explains our handling times, carriers, delivery areas, and related conditions.

Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by 1–2 days. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to customers within the United States and Canada only.
  • Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse located in Fair Lawn, NJ, and our Canadian registered office in Toronto, ON.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Canada Post.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
  • Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Orders over $150 USD may qualify for free standard shipping (before tax and after discounts).

Cross-Border Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped between the U.S. and Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not collected by Astra Fitness and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24 hours to update after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@astrafitness.us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
