At AIDI Trading Inc. (DBA: Astra Fitness Canada), we stand behind the quality and durability of our fitness products. This Warranty & Guarantee Policy explains the coverage and procedures for warranty claims.
Limited Warranty Coverage
- We provide a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for all fitness equipment and accessories purchased from our website.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
- Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
What is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Commercial or institutional use of products intended for personal use.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs made by third parties.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact our support team at support@astrafitness.us within the warranty period.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect.
- Our support team will review your claim and may request additional information.
Resolution
- If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the defective product, or
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund for the defective item.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
